Laundry Specialist
Job Responsibilities
• Interact in a positive and a professional manner with customers
• Process Wash & Fold orders according to established guidelines
• Keep the store in clean condition
• Follow up on customer requests with a solution-oriented approach
• Assist in training other team members
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in dry cleaning or wash & fold order processing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required to be successful
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 45lbs on a repetitive basis
• Hold high ethical standards at all times
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent driving record
• Valid CA driver’s license
• Proven track record of reliability
• Excellent attention to detail with skill set to problem solve independently
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work in a self-directed environment with an upbeat attitude
• Ability to work with a team in a fast paced work environment

Job Responsibilities
• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road
• Interact in a positive and a professional manner with customer and general public while delivering products to customers' homes, retail, and business locations
• Follow up on customer requests or problems with solution-oriented approach keeping customer informed of delivery progress
• Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles
• Sort and prepare a delivery route to meet customer promise
• Ensure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times
• May assist in training other team members
Basic Qualifications:
• Valid CA driver’s license
• Excellent driving record

• High-school diploma or equivalent
